Our pallet display project case:
1) Our designers start by creating a concept.
We will according ·to the product's shape, size, weight, transportation requirements, and promotion of the retailer's brand image to make sketches, drawings, and 3D renderings.
2) We will create a white sample based on 3D rendering.
The white sample is created to show you what the actual finished product will look like. You can give comments to minor structural adjustments, and we can also check the actual suitable structure and packaging method.
Once the structure and packaging method have been approved by all relevant parties, a model of the display stand can be created. We will test the display rack in our office or a third-party laboratory to check durability.
3) Meanwhile, we do the display template mold line and the graphic design
To ensure all art assets provided by structural designer to the die lines, either laid out by you or us, will print effectively and by the most visually appealing way, whether it is in Litho, Flexo or Digital print format.
Our graphic designers can also create original layouts for packaging, displays or other materials that need to be printed. We either produce new art, or use existing resources in your brand and style guide, or a combination of the two.
Our designer will supply a PDF proofing for approval on all projects. Once approved, we can proceed with a full mock-up.
